I'm Gabbie — a coach for women navigating the strange, beautiful convergence of hormonal change and career change. Perimenopause and the pivot. Fertility and the founder seat. Ambition that needs a quieter shape.

Who I work with
You're forty-something, the meetings hit differently, and the career you built no longer fits the body you have.
You're trying to decide whether or when, and every other decision in your life is bending around the question.
You stepped out of the corner office and now have eighteen months to figure out who you are without it.
Nothing is dramatically wrong. Everything is dimly tired. You'd like to feel like yourself again.

About the practice
For twelve years I've sat with women — founders, partners, creators, mothers, almost-mothers — at the edge of two changes happening at once. The body changing. The work changing. Most coaching practices pick one. Mine picks both.
My approach draws from somatic practice, internal family systems, and cycle-aware design. I am not your doctor or just another hormone protocol. I am the person who helps you think clearly while everything is changing.

"Gabbie was the first person who saw my career questions and my perimenopause questions as the same question. Six months later I have a different job and a different relationship with my own body."
"I came in tangled between a promotion and trying to conceive. She didn't tell me what to do. She made sure I was the one deciding, with a clear head."
